are the the police allowed to drag you out your work at 1.30am in the morning to give you a 7 day ticket?
are they allowed to give you a 7 day ticket even though your not in the verhicle?
can the issue a 7 day ticket even though your car is parked in a private car park provide by your work?
are the police even allowed to come onto private property to look at you verhicle even though they know its legal and above board?
are they even allowed to issue a 7 day ticket even though you have shown them you licence and they confirmed that its real and that you car has MOT, insurance and tax?
simple way of putting i was working happily away at work whent he next thing you know 2 police officers come to the secuirty desk where i work and told me some cock and bull story about people on motor bike breaking into every where on motorbike and they were there to warn me about it as i am a security officer in a building, and whilst sitting in the reception the asked about the my car outside, and were asking if its legal and i told them yes because it is, then they asked about my licence and i told them they dont have to see because clearly i aint driving the car at the said time and wasent pulled over, so they threatnd me with the good old fashioned we are going to caution you if you dont show us it and yet again i tod them straight no because thete not here to investigate my car there here to tell about these robbers.
SO afetr 10 min they came up with ingenious idea to do a pnc check on me and whey hey they got the wrong person again, it came up some guy in aberdeen that was wanted, after proving to them that i aint this guy then do a licence check on me and it came up with guy again, so they said they uplift my car if i dont provide my details, at this point i was fuming because havent drov it, so i gave up m licence and behold its a valid licence, same with the other documents, then said were going to give you a ho/ot for , whatever the hell that is and ave to go to the police station of my choise to ahnd them in,
what the hell were they thinking, are they completely mad i never done nothing wrong i was just working away and this happens, considering that my car was in a privatte parking area for me and that the car wasent even on a public road due to it being a private car park foir staff like me,
are they allowed to do this?
and oh this is the part that gets me on the form it says "location stopped" guess what it was blank then it says "reason for being stopped - check
em hello i wasent stopped the car was parked and off alarmed and immbilised.
anyway i phoned up the suspervisor in charged and argued my case and it was finally revoked, oh and when i meet these police guys again am going to thank them for costing me my fucking job becasue they were bored aka am seeing my lawyer about this police have went to far this time, no offence to you guys your great but damn couldnt they have waited till i wasent at work, it just shows that they ill do anything to piss people off, fight crime not innocent poeple trying to actually make a living,
no offence was commited so there was no need for it at all, i was working awy unless thats illigal to do that
there i said my 2 pence on this subject and i hope those 2 assholes rot in hell for losing me my job
