what is your opinion on this ?

one of my mates just got a new car and gave his mate a lend of it cause he was fully comp on his own policy any way he wright off the car and now my m8 is now stuck with no car now and a storage fee that is bulding up now his m8 is not willing to pay for the damage can he take him to cort or is it just a case of tuff luck

My opinion? Your mate needs his head examined for letting his mate drive his new car with only third party cover....... :?

He could try a civil case against him, but i wouldn't get my hopes up. Best speak to a solicitor and he'll advise him accordingly.
