Licence return

I was banned for totting up on the 28th of october

ban is 6months so the ban is up on the 28th march

Having read the DVLA site it says I can apply for my licence Now and if it comes back early I can drive up to 56days before my ban is up

Is this correct? I expected 14 days like other people have had, not 56days

Take your guidance from the DVLA website- if your still confused, email them.

We deal with the banning of drivers in the first place and take little to do with getting them their licence back!!
