hi don't know if you can help

how do you go about puting in a request for cctv camara to be rewound and looked at my friend has been charged with something he did not do ment to have happened last sunday at broomhouse medway involving van but there where no customers in the medway and camara's looked at to prove it but officer involved Pc 5656 said not his job and to get more or less

can you tell me how i could go about get them looked at thanks

You would need to contact your solicitor and he/she can then contact the council on your behalf to obtain the CCTV for the date in question, so it can be used in court.
