im just wonderin where i would stand if i wanted to put cctv in my car to find out who has been scratchin my car and also put a drill through my rear tyre, i have an idea of who it is but cant blame them though, would i get done for gettin evidence to find out who has been damagin my car or would it be ok, and is there anythin i would need to do?
