knackered Games (scratched /scored discs)

Just been up to Game in Kirkcaldy and for those of you who didnt know, they have a Disc to go machine which takes out scratches, i was a bit wary of this and fully expected to be buying a new Forza 3 disc tonight, luckily it works and was £3 well spent, works on discs for all consoles i'm told,

So any games you love playing but the discs have been wrecked, get them up there now and start enjoying them again, my forza has been playign faultlessly for the last 20 minutes, before i couldn't even load a car never mind a race!!


Always keep small children (Especially Jordan) away from your consoles :D

I was trying to find out fromt he guy how much it cost, he wouldnt tell us but obviously you could make a bit of money out of it too ;)

plus you'd always get top end money for games you trade in.... catch my drift ;)

Blockbuster didnt get the same kind of scratch out of my mates UFC disc, he couldnt get his fighter to load before and when he took it home it managed to load the fighter but stall on the loading screen to the fiight, iirc he said they had a hand machine, Games seems alot better

Sounds like a good machine. I also know what you mean, Lewis had managed to get my Tiger Woods 10 out the case in the time i'd went for a quick piss. Luckily the disc escaped unharmed on that occasion!

Worst thing about mine was Jordan never even touched the disc, i was playing the game next minute i see him in th ecorner of my eye with one side of the xbox in the air.. without thinking i shouted at him he got a fright and dropped it...

i really shouldnt have had the console on the floor though tbh,

games master on leith walk, £2.50 a game takes a few minutes. game looks brand new when finished

I own a CD/DVD cleaning machine, it was a better option to buy it for 70-80$ than going to clean them monthly because I do care a lot about my CDs and DVDs. I like to buy the original CD from a store rather than downloading it from torrent sites, it is a good feeling to play on a genuine game rather than a pirated game. ;)
