I Have Recently Been Banned From Driving(Gutted!!:() i have been banned for 12 months, with no mention of me having to resit my driving test.

Q:Do I Just Get My License Back On The Year Anniversary Of The Date I Was Banned Or Do I Need To apply To Have It Back?

You need to contact DVLA and apply to have your licence back. If you do some searching on the DVLA website, it'll tell you how and when you can do this.
