Can u help me out here please i want to remove all my standard lights and alter where they go, instead of normal place i want them lower down in the bumpers is this legal??

can u also let me know if blue side lights r legal??

Have a look at the Road Vehicle Lighting Regulations 1989 here (http://www.opsi.gov.uk/SI/si1989/Uksi_19891796_en_7.htm#nsch2) for front position lamps and you will see that they must be a minimum of 500mm from the ground.

All front obligatory lamps may only be white or yellow in colour.
