Insurance query

If someone is learning to drive on a provisonal licence and they are insured on a vehicle.

Am i right in saying that a person has been driving for 3 years and is over 21 then they can sit with the said learner can drive with the experienced person?

Also does the experienced person have to be insured on the same policy for the learner to learn with them :lol:

Hi Ross,

21 and three years driving experience- correct!

As long as the driver has an insurance policy and the insurers are aware he/she holds a provisional licence, that will suffice.
