Hi i know sum1 thats planing on selling ther car, thing is he has 2 ASBOs on it.
if he sells that and dosint tell the new owner that the car has asbos would he get in trouble?

Technically, the ASBO warning stays on the vehicle for 12 months. However, I would be inclined to inform the new owner and suggest that they write to the police and explain that they have just purchased a vehicle and have been made aware of the markers on the car, and politely ask if there is a possibility that these can be removed as there is a new keeper.
