Am i correct in thinking you can be given an ASBO if there are 2 complaints made against the same offender?

As in the past 2 nights after work, i come out the depot to find a retard that lives in the same street as the depot has parked her car, with the intentions of 'pissing everyone off' as some other member of the public has parked their car in 'her' so called space.

This results in the buses being unable to gain access to the depot safely, and unable to get back out due to the change in the turning circles from the direction change.

Therefore, if i hit her car with the bus, i would be up shit creek, as i would have to explain to my boss why i hit the car, and fone the number we have to report the accident. Although, its a pretty much unavoidable scenario.

Anyways, 2 nights in a row, i have contacted the police and 2 nights in a row they have had to get her to move her car. Not to mention she has half her car in towards the centre of the road, and the front of her car on double yellow lines?

She wouldn't be given an ASBO warning for this as the vehicle is not being driven in contravention of Section 3, Road Traffic Act (Careless Driving) or Section 34, (driving elsewhere than on a road). She could, however, be reported for causing an obstruction.
