wat is the charge and penelty for being 3 ton over loaded on a 3 half ton pickup and not taking it to cramond brigg weight bridge when asked.

If found guilty, you will most likely earn penalty points and a fine and/or be disqualified. How many and how much is a matter for the court, but that's a healthy bit overweight right enough...
