Speed Limit for Camera on A71 @ Hermiston?

Ahoy chaps;

There is a GATSO Safety Camera on the westbound A71 at Hermiston. The camera is in a 40mph zone but the white marks on the road cross into a 50mph zone.

Can you tell me which limit the Camera is enforcing?
