Traffic Cars?

I Know this has prob been touched on a few times, but i was borwsing a topic on another forum, and it looks to me like it is a cop that works down in the borders and says they have just recived a new car or something.

not odd at all, but in one of them he says it's been breathed on, now by that he meant in that it has been tuned, i know that some if not all traffic cars will have there suspension etc adjusted/replaced to cope with the heavy loads of equipment. But can you clarifly that no engine work gets done from an L&B view? Or would something merit this being done?

For technical or operational reasons, some cars do receive "modifications" to either engine or suspension, but these are very few and far between.

The majority of the cars we use are perfectly capable and acceptable as they come, and require no changes whatsoever.
