number plates again

just wondered if the law has changed on these at all?? just the computerised mot system was updated today saying not to fail any vehicle of number plate sizing or colour of lettering etc??
just wondering what your views are on this :)

Yes, i am aware the MOT regulations have changed again- thats twice in the last few months. i dont think this will affect the Construction and Use regs, but i'll find out if it does and get back to you.

But bear in mind that some modifications and defects on cars can be an offence in the eyes of the law, but still pass an MOT test. Bizarre, i know...... :lol:
