Hi there wonder if you can settle a wee argument a friend and I are having, re. turning right onto robertson ave. Don't know how familiar you are with the road but cars can't turn right onto it, I think it's 24/7 cause it would indicate otherwise with the hours it's in effect with a sign, but my friend thinks you can out of greenway hours as it has the wee bit of green way leading up to it on both slateford road and gorgie road.

Also what's the fine you can recieve if you do turn right onto it, is it a three pointer as in theory it is like a no entry?

Loads of people don't obey the junction esp during rush hour at slateford rd end.:x

From what i can recall, this is a no right turn sign, and by contravening it you would receive a £30 non-endorsable conditional offer of fixed penalty. It's in force 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I'll double check next time i'm passing, and if i'm wrong, i'll amend my answer.
