Driving Age

Hey.


I heard the age to take driving lessons is changing to 18 around November / December, Is this true?

Also

I just turned 17 last week and im planning on doing my Lessons, Due to lack of funds i have to hold back a little. If i started doing my lessons in the middle of november, and the law changed to 18 at the beginning of december, would i need to wait till i was 18 to complete the driving lessons or would i be fine because i started them before the law came out?
